To my surprise, my wife lurked to find this one.

I am assuming it has been resprayed overseas. Could you share some insight? Any paint flaws or defects to note.

Thank you!

Hard to say for sure, it’s in really good shape, it has a few scratches here and there so if it was a repaint it was done a while ago. The right front fender has most noticeable where someone likely laid tools on the flat top. The tub is near perfect, the hood has a small indent/chip where it was opened too far and rested against the roof. All in all it’s a 9.5 out of 10 and really the windows rubber is the worst condition as it is very dried out but the body mount bushings look nearly new. The pictures are very accurate except for a few minor paint imperfections.
Okay - good to know.

Great looking Troopy!
The color, the 2F, the plaid seats, all very nice!

don't use that kit for the front brakes, there are several better ways to do it
you only need a few parts from a Toyota disc axle to work with the 79 drum axle.

That’s just a picture, I have a full 60 series LC kit in my basket.

that is the wise choice.
IIRC you will only need the knuckle, backing plate and hub from the disc stuff along with your existing drum stuff

I apologize as this is turning into tech from your sale thread
I thought you had a knuckles out setup already not that you were buying the parts
the list above, you will be buying more stuff than needed.
you are able to reuse most of your existing hardware and some of the other parts
you do not need to buy
steering arms,
knuckle caps
birfields
spindle
and some other bits

as your rig is a 79 it has the large pattern knuckles already

not sure what vendor the quote is from, I don't need to know, you need to be specific on what you need for the non US rig

@cruisermatt @cruiseroutfit either can guide you thru what you will need and not sell you stuff you don't need
