Non-fullsize pickup trucks. Usually when used 'round here it means Toyota Pickups. *usually" pre-Tacoma.

In the over seas markets the early Toyota pickups were called "Hilux". Here from 79-95 they did not have a name, so we call them Mini Trucks.

Also as mark said, other brand small trucks, but who wants to think about those..... :D

i never heard people specially fellow toyota guys refer to my truck as a mini, till i found this site. at first i too was like, WTF?
:D
i never called it a mini.
never have.
never will.
my toyota is a truck.
her name happens to be Cammie

minis-

I prefer hilux, but use the term mini sometimes....but it really never mattered, if you had a toyota truck up until recently, you only had one size to choose from...

i like the name Hilux Surf.
it reffers to the 4Runner

I usually just call them "cute little trucks". Really pisses a couple of my buddies off when I call their truck that. ;)

Oh, relax everyone, I've got 8 of them myself... 4 of them even on the road and trail... :)
