I’m convinced, I’ll do it myself. Only problem is I can’t find instructions like the ones above for the 200 series. I read that you can’t suck fluid out of the reservoir, so do you just bleed a couple of times to make up for that?

It's basically the same procedure as for the 100-series. I recall seeing a write-up on this forum for that. There's also at least one YouTube video showing a guy go through the whole process with his kid doing most of the work.

instructions above are for a 200. You can stick a 1/4" tube down in the reservoir tube and siphon/pump out, or you can remove part of the fill tube and get a bigger hose in there.

Drain and fill the res before bleeding.
 
Google the Pela oil extractor or mityvac fluid transfer syringe for great tools that could help with this.
