1977 Toyota Land Cruiser Pickup FJ45 4x4 powered by 2F 4.2L and 4 speed manual. The truck was imported from the Middle East and its title & was registered in Texas. No AC or Power Steering.
Mechanical Condition: Overall, this truck sounds good. The engine is strong and plenty of torque. No smoke or oil leakages. The 4speed transmission shifts fine and no issues (besides a missing flywheel bell cover under which I might purchase and install before selling, see link below*).
Cosmetic Condition: The truck was repainted Sage green/tan over the original color (blue) and it can be seen all over the body ( engine bay, where paint is chipped, and other spots poorly painted). The current paint job is mediocre and it’s overplayed in spots, paint drips, rough paint spots, very thin layers in some spots, and unprepared or primed spots where it has surface rust. Surface rust is visitable below the lower section of the windshield, roof, and where the bed meets the back of the cab.
Interior Condition: Overall the interior is in good condition and the seats were redone. The floor was resprayed with Urethane /GAR think paint. All dash panels are there and some need to be reconditioned. The Speedometer doesn’t work and the fuel, temperature, and oil gauges don’t work.
Suspension Condition: the steering wheel is unaligned and it can use a set of tie rods, bushings, etc. The suspension is okay as you would expect from a 70s truck.

- Missing hood support rod
- The door weather stripping needs replacement
- Missing rear view mirror
- Missing “Land Cruiser” emblems
- 2-3 wheel lug studs need to be replaced
- The emergency brake cable needs service
