Very very Cool !!

So we had an amazing time. We finished. It didn't all go to plan due to various reasons. We were fast, too fast it turned out, we got a lot of penalties for overspeed in the regularity, should have been in H3 class, but what an adventure.

So awesome! Would love to get one of those t-shirts!
With the cost of shipping etc might be easier if I sent you the artwork to get some screenprinted! I can find out about shipping if you like? T shirts themselves are not expensive. We did a black one and a sand colour one.

Sending artwork would be cool and I can get some made by the company that does the shirts for our company.
Thanks!
Jason

Great Race, Great story.
So, what's the plan for the next iteration? Will you guys and the vehicle compete again?
Or are there any other rallies for the vehicle and you to participate?
Would love to see the story being continued.
Cheers Ralf

After the less optimal events😏 I am looking at either re-shell or move all mechanicals onto a similar or BJ73 body then racing it again.
Rally Classics Africa. rally Du Maroc, Fenix and Carta all on the list.
For various reasons (one mechanical - we ripped off the u bolts on the front left on a hidden rock, the bolt crushed the brake pipe, lef the axle with float and created a big pull on braking) we also ended up on the other side too, but we righted the car and carried on👍🏻
The damage is not big and we did 3 days as is but its awkward to make pretty again and the panels a slight challenge. My plan is to get another BJ and rebuild that with the race parts/engine and cage and create a new Tamiya replica with a bigger spares package.
I’ll gradually put up some more photo’s👍🏻
