CVT roof top hard shell binding style strap

I’ve got a CVT Mt. Baker Rooftop tent binding style strap broke. Anybody know what these straps are really called and where to order? I sent CVT and email and haven’t heard back. My snowboard bindings have lasted 20+ years… I’ve had this tent last than 2 years.

The latches on my 2012 CVT Mt. Baker sucked from brand new. I lived with them for years but finally got fed up and installed my own fix, which turned out to be lockable. I got the latch at my local (John Day) True value Hardware store. I didn't eliminate the originals - just added my own. Pics and story are in my eval thread (page 4). Here's a pic just to show you:
