I'm looking at importing a pop-up style tent from China. While a custom broker isn't required by law, I've heard people say there have been a few horror stories about clearing customs. I've tried contacting a couple CBs, but I haven't heard back from them. The custom process seems somewhat straightforward, so I'm tempted to be thorough and skip the CB. Any thoughts or experience?
