I ordered my springs from Alcan springs in Grand Junction, CO. They will reach out and discuss what you are trying to achieve and ask about loading on each axle. I had them make me a set with a 4 inch lift.
I ordered a 4" set from Alcan also, built specifically for the weights I normally run on my Aqualu 40. What di you wind up doing as far at shackles - stock length, extended?
 
If you have your stock spring available you can measure the main leaf, eye to eye. Compare it to the new leaf pack's main leaf. The
difference + or - ( hopefully plus) will be the length you add to the shackle, assuming your last setup worked. A average 4" lift spring is generally two inches longer than stock which is 2 3/4 pin to pin

I bought new stock length but I may have to use a longer shackle on the rear to get it level.
 
I posted a photo of mine when I was checking to see if my frame would flex and cause the bolt on my steering u-joint would make contact with my water pump neck and the shack was getting close to the frame at the point that I stopped raising the DS of the axle doing the check. I was told my shackle was too short. This is all the flex I would want.

Now I am not going to worry about it and just make sure my bump stops keep me from making contact with my TREs and the shackles to make contact.

When I took welding in college I made my own shackle reversal. I was a full time student no job and could not afford to buy the kits available at the time so I engineered my own.
I laid out the center lines of the spring mounts on the frame and removed the rivets and welds and swapped them around. I bought a 12 inch length of 2" square tubing and cut in half.
Made the needed weld repairs of the mounts and then welded them back to the frame. Used the square tubing to weld to frame and then the rear mount to the tubing.
Once I was done and then repacked the bearings adjusted took it in for an alignment I was really happy with results. I wish I had learned to weld sooner. The ride quality was better and helped with handelling but still wandered on the highway.
