Bout ready to start welding up your spindles for tire mount and can rack, bought a chunk of 2" OD H x 4" OD W x .120" Wall x 6'L ASTM A500 Grade B Steel, should this be sufficient to carry a 35" on one side and 3 5gal cans on the other.
 
Where would I source some weld in pull pins, if I'm even saying the correct wording?

I've got the locking latches for when they're closed but wanted to weld in a spring loaded pin so when the swings are open they lock open to prevent being crushed or having them swing back into the truck.

Also what material do you throw down on top that the swings would slide onto and be pinched down to with the latches?

Sorry for all the questions but I haven't seen a set of swingouts in person and want to do it right the first time

Please PM me separate prices for a front winch bumper (with crossbar) and a dual swing out rear bumper with can rack and fender protection.

These will be for a HJ61.

Additionally if it is possible to add a receiver tube to one side (so I can move my bike rack to the side and access my rear hatch when parked) please quote me that as well.

That is some wicked pimp carpet...very bold move! She does nice work.

Have you considered her doing a moulded vinyl flooring option? I'd buy that in a heart beat.

I have a different source for the vinyl. PM me on color (brown, black, grey) RHD or LHD and lets see what we can work out.
