Don't let the cooler weather trick you to let the guard down.
Thank God I didn't have the pooches in tow. Almost stepped on this when coming out the kitchen door.

Looks like you did step on it.

Yikes!

Ran up to the local taco shop in the FJ60. Got home and noticed something had dripped on the passenger door, and the paint was bubbling up quite effectively on the run. Wiped it down and we now have another spot of sick patina.

Traveled around CA last week and spotted some cool LCs and a nice 80

Lava tube somewhere - I can’t remember where. I’ll have to find the file when I get home to see when. Some faces I haven’t seen in years though.

Pretty impressive downpour and I lost a wiper blade, but at least it was the passenger side! Found it on the shoulder on the way back.

Also found that the driver side floor is getting wet close to the kick panel. Gotta track that down.

[splitshot]

That was impressive! I spent several hours in the fog and downpours straining my eyeballs to find the next pile of rocks to weave through.
(Hwy 77 to Globe).

Glad to see you made the it safely! I’ve had plenty of “uhoh that’s a sand bar” moments in my work truck at night. Keeps ya awake.

All that added adrenaline, yes! But ass dragging when it's over...
