Just got back from 4 days on the rim, even at 8500' the days were almost toasty. We found a spot with absolutely no cell service which

Actually not as bad as here, 96°. We camped in the Abajo mountains at 8,600ft and did day trips and hikes. My finicky PS kept us on the tame roads.
