OK...Seriously, I've started a firm specializing in architectural and interior design consulting called "Breathe". We specialize in commercial projects with an emphasis on restaurant and retail. We try to actually partner with the client from their first thought through final opening rather than only giving attention as the budget permits. Since we have little overhead we can really spend time with our clients learning what they do and how they do it. At that point we can bring in consultants to address the issue at hand helping with everything from the permit process to menu planning; from small retail to large shopping centers; from car dealerships to multi floor office projects. And with everything we do we try to incorporate sustainable practices and design.

Hey Rex, Is there anyway you can give me a general estimate on how much between parts and labor on installing a Vintage Air system or something that works well with a FJ55? When I mean parts, I mean everything-compressor,condenser,evaporator, etc. I already know it's going to be a few benjamins, so I'm not in a hurry. What would you think it would be? Or anyone thats recently installed a complete A/C system, please chime in if you have a close answer to this.

Window Tinting- Made in the Shade

If anyone needs some tint on their house or vehicle. My step dad owns "Made in the Shade" in Mesa (Greenfield & Main). Made In the Shade Window Tinting serving all of arizona

I'm sure he will give a decent percent off if you mention this post. He also has this new type of tint that is legal to go on your windshield, the top part is a dark visor and the bottom part is a clear film that blocks out a ton of UV light and heat. I have leather seats in my wife's Jetta and all summer long we were able to sit down without having to prep the car with A/C just cause of the quality of the tint.
