Hey Cruiserheads,
Many of you remember Charles (aka Cruiser_Guy) who moderated this forum for many years. Charles passed away in 2014. His truck passed to his children and eventually wound up in the Vancouver area in 2020.
A couple of years ago, I acquired the Wirrell family BJ60 from his son, who was moving out of town for work and needed the truck to go to a good home.
It needed a lot of mechanical and electrical work to get it road worthy.
I'm pleased to say that she is 'back on the road'!
I have no intention of restoring it (would require lots of funds!), but I'm returning her to factory, the best I can.
She has a 3BII engine with rotary pump, with 5pd. I've removed super-glow in place is a Wilson switch for simplicity.
