Thanks. I was worried I had gotten the wrong spring back

I hear you. Most of the takeoffs from my vehicles end up in the trash after a year or so but in some cases I have been able to give them to a friend in need of parts. These shocks and springs only have 800 road miles on them, so too new to leave them at the shop.I got my springs back… And then they promptly went into the trash bin.Probably no need to revisit those stock springs once you get used to your much improved suspension setup.

I have to say I’d never go back to Toyota suspension. The difference is night and day. I went out for a drive and took some really tight turns at speed: It was impressive. I also drove down some roads that I know are rough and I was impressed with the smooth ride.
The ride was so good I’m now looking for OME suspension for my F150
I measured my LC today and my driver side front is 1" lower and drivers side rear is 3/4" lower. Will def try to loosen valves and jack up passenger side to see if this fixes it. Hmmmmm, maybe a good time to go ahead with the OME lift?![]()
This is how it came out. Stock tires and wheels.

Did you ever install the OME set up and how did it work out???
I'm in the same boat with the front driver's side 1"+ lower... I've had the cruiser up in the air many times at the mechanic's shop and reset the KDSS with no luck... Tried all the wood plank ARB suggestions... The KDSS seems to be retracted properly, so maybe I messed up a spring or spacer?
Thanks,
Jeff
Your rig looks awesome!!!
Ironically, I have the tires that are your next project and you just completed my next project with the OME's setup.
You'll love the tires.
Jeff
Yes. It’s the last picture on this thread. KDSS won’t level front to rear, the OME springs will. The good thing is after the OME suspension the LC is perfectly level side to side and due to the springs I chose (2” lift front and 0.75” lift rear) I still have 1” difference between rear and front.
Per the diagrams there is a seal that slides along a smooth section on the end of the bolt. I’d have to assume that smooth section isn’t smooth and somehow caused leakage at that seal.Hey all,
Today I wanted to try and fix my lean to the right (1" rear/1.25" front). I PB blasted and waited a few minutes. When I loosened the first screw I was pleasantly surprised how easy it turned. I actually tightened it again before backing it 3 turns out because I was nervous it wasn't all the way in to start. The second screw was the same so I tightened it all the way, and started counting my 3 rotations. I didn't make it because at about the 1.5ish rotation point it started to accumulate fluid under the bolt. At first I thought it was PB blaster, but I quickly realized it was not. It only released a few small drops, but I am afraid now the damage is done.
Can anyone help explain what just happened here? I read about people losing a quart of fluid, but not before 3 turns and never just a weepy screw. I assume my system now/did contain air.
Thanks!

Did it stop leaking once you tightened it again?
Yes, it did stop once I tightened it. I guess I am in "if it hurts when you do that...then don't do that" territory.
Maybe your bolt is cracked?
The thing that help my lean the most, was making sure the taller springs are on the passenger side on US spec cars. Alot of springs are manufactured in australia which are reversed.
Link no worky. Anything else?
