@Varty Yo Since we have similar kits and trucks I'm curious what you've done to tune for your turbo. What boost and EGTs are you typically seeing? Did you play much at all with the fuel?

@John in Utah To tune i turned up the fuel about a 1/4 turn. EGT's are about 1k that WOT at 60mph. It seems like its really screaming that this point (no exhaust just downpipe) I really need to get some exhaust on it after 2 years. Im really thinking of adding a air to air intercooler. Ive been researching lots and it doesnt seem to bad of a project to tackle. Once work starts back up i can afford to buy parts haha. Before i had no time and lots of money now i have time and never stockpiled parts for all kinds of project now that i have the time.

it sounds pretty good with just the down pipe though! My temps are about the same, and if I shift to 5th and drop rpms they can climb pretty high on a grade. Pretty scary to think what egts must have been before the turbo went on - I never adjusted my fuel either.

Yah it was ok sound for awhile haha. I leave the straight pipe for my duramax lol.

I find i get some exhaust smell in the cab with it just dumping into the engine bay close to the fire wall. I have a good muffler already just need to go have it installed. Be cheaper in the end to have a shop throw it on where i want it.

Installed some @Racer65 lights before xmas wow what a difference.
