Great weekend! Good people and good wheeling. Props to the guys that organized this and @GKCArmory for the awesome breakfast!

And check this out. Not sure what happened but I bent my Hellfire high steer arm. 3/4" of steel folded like a pancake. I figured a tie rod would bust before the arm would bend. I think it may have been that first hill climb that had a bypass on the left. I got bound up pretty good when trying to go over the big boulder instead of taking the far right line...

Welcome to you all... It was our pleasure...... well my wife did the cooking. ... It was good meeting you...
And for the record.. When we got back into Truckee, I was lazy and tired.. About an hour later I decided to finally unload the LX(Daisy is her name FYI). There were 3 Burritos still in the YETI and they were warm enough to eat.
Would recommend a YETI to anyone

Thanks to everyone for coming out and making this weekend awesome! It's been a busy year for me and its no doubt that this trip wouldn't have been this great without everyone's help getting everything figured out. Big thanks to @KWalkerM @Finnyfam60 and @jcardona1. Thanks are also due to @GKCArmory for the amazing breakfast, and @pilotuku for donating the raffle prizes!

...I'm predicting that year 3 will be the best one yet...:hmm:

And don't sell the FJ60,keep it.

Oh for the record.... Which i should have clarified on Saturday.. We are an appt. only shop due to only three people working at the shop and safety reason. You all can email info@gkcarmory.com and say somewhere in the email "gold Lake" so we know it's you all... Or pm me here and I will shoot my cell phone number to set up the appt.

Thanks again!!!!!

Hey Everybody,

Another awesome trip in the books. This year was even better than the 1st year. We had such an amazing turnout that we barely had enough room for all the attendees!

I took a few pictures that i'll eventually post, but first I told a few people that I would design an annual sticker for this trip. I basically took the original sticker we had designed when we fired GCC ( Gold Country Cruisers ) and modified it to fit this trip. I hope everyone doesn't mind?

Anyway, here's the 2 ideas I came up with. I can change the coloring of the copy to fit a specific year. For example, Black can symbolize 2015, do red next year, blue after that, green, and so on and so forth, you get the idea!

Here's the stickers:

Idea 1:

Idea 2:

What's everyone think?

Let me know,

Thanks,

Man where do I begin?
This year was bad ass! Brought my lady and she was thoroughly impressed with the huge diversity of everyone sharing a common interest and meeting up at one place.

She had a great time after her very warm welcome from @Finnyfam60. Even afterwards he was her favorite.

A huge thank you to @The Machinist & @KWalkerM for setting up the trip. Thank you to @jcardona1 for setting up the t shirts,

@GKCArmory the burritos and muffins were bomb! Definitely made Saturday morning easy and better than what I had brought for breakfast :)

All in all it was an awesome turnout. It was bigger and better than last year and I know next year will be even better.

@MaK92 4RnR I like the second sticker with the website on the bottom.

The weekend just goes way to fast. I wish I had one more day. This year we went up to the lookout which was amazing and I'm so glad we went this time. I do wish I had gone on the snake lake trail. Next year for sure!!!

Big thanks to all involved for a great weekend! Especially to The Machinist, KWalkerM, FinnyFam60, jcardona1 and GKCArmory. Can't wait for next year!

@MaK92 4RnR you still have any copies of the original sticker? I never did buy one...I vote for the first redesign.

I had a blast again! I wish I could have made it down sooner....Was able to do Buttes lookout tower on Sunday solo and took the back side of the mountain back home through Sierra city. That trail had some really nice canon views.
