Thursday was Golden Spike, with trail leader Robbie. It’s one of my favorite trails, has a high difficulty rating which is earned from the obstacles, but also it’s remoteness. Other trails with the same rating have more difficult individual obstacles, on Spike it’s just about one continuous obstacle, so is a good test of machine and driver concentration.

Scenery on this trail is great. I didn’t take pix in the Body Snatcher/Butt Scratcher areas, there are so many obstacles that if you stopped and took pix at each, it would take days!
