I ended up going with Inno primarily because they work with the Thule square bars and I have several of them laying around.
Parts ordered:
INXP
INTR152

I used them with Kayaks and found the setup allowed the Kayaks to clear the antenna.

I got some Rhino crossbars. They look great, only thing I have had up there though are skis. Not worried at all about the strength of the bars but don't like the fact they use one 6mm bolt to hold the towers to the mounting pads. Would have preferred they were a little stouter. a little wind noise with the sunroof open but nothing significant as far as I am concerned. My wife however wanted the front bar off when not in use which took all of about a minute (remember 1 6mm bolt each side).

I tried the Yakima EZ Rider mounts, and was not satisfied with the security of the grip. I know they are recommended over on CL, but not by Yakima. While they clamp securely across the side rails, they still have enough fore/aft play to make me nervous about using them. Basically, the contour of where the feet mate with the OEM side rail is all wrong, resulting in only a few parts of the feet touching. Sending them back, and back to the drawing board... I have 4Runner side rails sitting around, and some old railgrabs, or I'll go Inno for the sporadic times I actually use the roof rack.

Had to come up with something for the straps to grab. 3/32 cable with Hollow strap (rei part 610-111-0044). 9" snd 12" rings.

Will factory crossbars allow a paddleboard to clear the sharkfin antenna?
Yes, it should clear the antenna. If it gets a little to close to the shark fin, strap the board off center, to the side, as if you were carrying to boards side by side on the rack, then scoot the paddle board forward (just a little) to where the tail tapers off. Doing that, you'll be fine.
If the board does clear the shark fin antenna, and it's covered, you will compromise your satellite radio reception. It'll get spotty when you travel in certain directions. My roof top tent covers ours and when we had XM/Sirius, it would be spotty unless we traveled in a certain direction (on the compass).

Wow, perfect feedback! I'll order some OEM bars right away.

BTW -- love your overlander build thread!

Actually ... what type of straps would you recommend for strapping a paddleboard down?

One concern is ratcheting straps would bugger up the board or my roof, so those feel bad.

Edit: NVM -- I just found a strap with a rubberized buckle specifically for paddleboards and similar.

^^^ for great price on truly "OEM" accessories. There's a buncha copy cats on Amazon of dubious quality, but 1/3 the price...

I've been strapping surfboards to the top of cars since before I could drive when all there were, were the hard turquoise and white surfboard racks.
So now everyone uses "soft racks" for surfboards. These will have a nylon cloth covered foam tube (think of a pool noodle or foam insulation tube for water pipes) that goes over your cross bar and a strap with a buckle that is designed to land on top of the flat of your board so when you cinch it down the buckle doesn't press against the surf/paddle board rail.
We have a set for when we travel for surf, e.g. Hawaii, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, etc. so when we rent a car, we have racks and they don't take up much space in the luggage.
Get a set and you're set for surf! (or wherever you paddle out to...)

Good lookin' out. I can get them for $29 more at my local certified Lexus service center, so I will do that just to support them but it was nice to be able to compare and make sure their pricing was reasonable.

You may consider Bell Lexus if a big ticket item is needed.
