Helio pressure shower. Great for camping, packs down nicely. I have a couple and like them. Not the highest pressure but gets the job done. Fill it up at the last water source before hitting dirt. When full fits perfectly in a home depot bucket.

Looks like "Noble Spinel Mica" which was a factory color for that year.

It has Land Cruiser rocker panels installed so it may have been repainted, or at least those were color matched.
