I think you might have cleaned them out. I checked around and can't seem to find any left at a reasonable price. The one shop that responded said they are all out of stock. In any case, they are either salvage or reconditioned (?) and always missing the bead ring - what's up with that?

Guessing once the cat was out of the bag the available ones got snatched up pretty fast by folks looking for spares or the easy flip. The ones Rock Auto for $127/ea are gone.

Good for someone who needed one wheel as a spare since the center cap and trim ring would transfer, and if it is living under my car I would leave the center cap and beauty ring off anyway.

They are more than a "beauty ring" IMO. Having initially not used the rings, I actually really like them as they do serve a purpose. It's a 2 pound ring of solid polished aluminum. They can take a hit and protect the bead or valve stem and have already protected one of my wheels from damage.

Yep. Feel pretty certain they saved at least one stem on my set. I tend to thrash them pretty hard...which is why my set is uglier than any RWs I’ve ever passed on to fellow mudders...

I realize the trim rings do serve a purpose, I guess "Beauty Ring" is an old term. "Valve stem protection ring" it is!

Thanks for posting this link. Found 4 RW with tires for $500. One wheel needs a new ring and the tires are 295 70 17 Nitto Terra AT. Putting BP 51 on LC next week but don't think these tires will fit. Shame. Lots of tread left.
