I winched several vehicles through Golden Spike and Poison Spider without issue.
On the new bumper, I did have Jason throw a couple gussets on the horns and throw another bead around the mounts for extra skookumness. If you want ultimate strength, add in a lower tie-in that mounts to the lower tow-points as well.

This was incorrect fitting. The mounts were loose causing the issue.
