In order to not start ANOTHER thread I will post this here.....Greg may move it while be-littling me but...... it's wrenching related....I can't see half my frame for the dirt and rust.....is steam cleaning a viable option verse media blasting or is it $$$$$ and no one in town can do it unless it's industrial size?

Josh,

I have a slightly bent set of OEM fuel lines from the '78 I'm parting out. If you need them to return to the mechanical pump, let me know.

These are the OEM steel supply and return lines that run between the fuel pump and carb - not rubber hoses.

Have you considered posting some in your own thread?

sort of like these guys:

seriously, the CLC is a wealth of knowledge. Despite appearances we do follow a loose set of rules on this forum. All moves and deletions ... well almost all.. of recent have been for a reason.

don't be silly....that would make sense and then you wouldn't have anything to justify you being a moderator:eek:

I am actually going to bring both my water bladder and my aux. tank. The tank is the 40 gallon LRA tank from Australia. I will also bring down my extra factory sub tank...in case someone would like it. I have $100 + in that tank...and would like to get that out of it...if possible. I can also exchange that tank for some welding lessons.

I will come down on Friday for you...it is not confirmed if the wife is joining...she does love her some Mason though.

Would that tank be a good candidate for sitting in the bed? And does it take a factory pump? My gas setup doesn't have to be pretty... just simple... I need the enormous tank out from under the truck...

I am going to try and get down there sometime reasonable on Friday as I discovered we have a Christmas party to attend Saturday evening. So, I am going to have to head North around 4:00pm.
