Muscle Shoals. Went up to Mardi Krawl this weekend. This is the old Swampers studio that they used after they broke off from that other guy that started the recording business up there. Rolling Stones, Skynyrd, a bunch of others recorded there. It is just an old building on the side of the road. It was abandoned for a number of years but I think they recently are trying to get it going again. A couple of cars in back and the lights were on the other day.
In Muscle Shoals they've got the Swampers [and Cher, and my 100]. Not quite as catchy as the original.
