Family vacation, circa 1986, when the 60 was brand spankin’ new. Overlanding on the beach, Cape Hatteras, NC. Later in the day, we got stuck in the sand (didn’t air down), and the tide was coming in. Literally wetting the tires. Luckily a monster truck gave us a tow before it was too late. Good times.

Drove the “Delta Beast” to Rising Sun, MS yesterday. I drove through pouring down rain and high winds the whole trip but the truck didn’t skip a beat. I ran 55-60 the whole way up there. Only pic I got before it got dark and the bottom fell out. For the 40 owners, LED headlights are a must. Put them on your Christmas list now.
