Took a weekend riding around /camping trip, doing some recon for a upcoming week long trip, The creeks are really dry in the ozarks

Only had ground coffee and yellow cake mix in it as the other food made it to truck. Found it about 150' from camp. Along with his other more successful bounties from the weekend.

my NCOIC and good friend doing a proficiency jump today where he also earned his foreign wings. If he looks a little apprehensive it's because we were messing with him about a "dud chute" on an earlier chalk. He only has about 10 jumps so the nerves still get him.

I was stuck with DZSO but was happy to be A. Not in an office and B. Not Up North so I poked around some AF handy work from 91.

@wngrog the thought here was I've missed a few pics of the day so "catching up" with 2.

Was graced by a golden eagle on my evening hike. Took a few minutes to watch it catch the thermals before it drifted behind me out of sight.

Headed to cotton fields.

Nice little spot miles down some two track at LBL, KY. Camp is all set up, fire is going nicely, weather is perfect, and... the ARB decided to drain the batteries on the BJ74. Its been working fine in Nashville all week but hit the trail alone and... Oh well, could be worse.
