Bossman with us now. Hwy 550 Blake's Lottaburger

Last section was windy as heck and tiring.

I studied this picture for the longest time trying to figure out WTF jrob had tied under the rear bumper of the 40 on the back of the trailer.

Finally, after scrolling back up to look again, I noticed the little yellow car sitting on your dash.

It's best to keep the Gremlins where you can see them...

Is the truck chipped/programmed? Checked your oil level?

are you really running hot or just by the gauge?

Going off stock gauge and warning stating "engine coolant hot"

Once it cooled down outside ( hi 80s low 90s) i was able to do 70-75 mph with only slightly higher than normal temp readings.

Whats got me stumped is why is my tranny temp rising too... It usually reads 180 to 200 it got up to 250. All fluid levels were confirmed by dealership to be at correct levels.
I will get a cold intake or atleast an oil free hi flow air filter and see what that does. That was one of the tech service bulletins the dealership was telling me about ( changing to a 2007 airbox) to and the only thing i have not changed.

Wish you guys could have made it.

My guess you have a trans cooler that runs through bottom/side of radiator and so as water temps go up trans go up accordingly since it can not cool it down any.

Going off stock gauge and warning stating "engine coolant hot" think same temp sender
