Consensus is fan clutch on my diesel not working right when under load... Read that -towing 12k up hills in 111 degrees.
Clutchee, daryl, nolen, chris, jrob and woody & everyone else all think its the fan clutch.
Sheilala called Reliable chevy dealership to see if they have the fan clutch and they do. So i will be dragging everything overthere at 7:45am to have them
Replace it.
If they dont have part my back up plan is:
Woody is up in Tooele, utah with cruiserdan at cruiserfest. Cruiserdan is with american toyota in ...ALBURQUERQUE!
So i think i can atleast get the part...

15 hours....13 driving 800 miles.....Amarillo Averaged 9.8, drove 75 +\- , had zero traffic issues or vehicle problems. Kids were great, fajitas were superb. Cortez tomorrow via 4 corners.

Dear travelers, you are entering (or have entered) the great state of New Mexico. Please pay homage to a Blakes Lottaburger with NM green chilis. These fine institutions are only in NM and no wheeling trip should miss a trip through for a burger and a shake.
