Corbeau or other seat replacements for a 100 series land cruiser

Has anyone put corbeau seats into a 100 series? I'm considering options for seat replacement vs refurbishment of oem. Corbeau interests me due to the value aspect but interested to see if others have done it. I'm a tall guy so am concerned about lifting of the seat vs oem. Scheelman is out of the question for me, cost is just too much vs the value of my truck.

ive seen some people retrofit BMW seats from a junk yard , you'll have to make up some custom brackets, but if you have basic welding skills, its not hard.
the seats are the only really good thing about BMWs, might as well use them for something since there are so many 8 to 9 year old BMWs sitting in junkyards because of planned obsolesce

I spent the better half of today swapping the passenger side seat out, since I wasn't sure the Baja XRS would fit. Corbuae didn't have the GTS II seats instock, and I got a killer deal on the XRS model. It's their memory foam Baja Jeep seat, which is totally fine with me since it's very supportive and comfortable. They are a little too "race car" for me, but at half the price of the GTS II and a less intrusive side bolster for getting jiggly with the wheel in MUD will be nice.
