We "built" this little coffee shop for an owner/developer we have worked with regularly. Cut a flat spot out of the hill, poured concrete rails and then lifted two shipping containers (20' & 30') into place. Just before each container touched down, a guy in pajamas sprayed insulation under the floor. Openings were precut in the floor to allow utilities, one crossbeam was cut while still suspended at the last minute to clear a water line. Then lined up perfectly and welded the two containers together at the "cased opening". The Supt on this job told me it's the most expensive per-square-foot job he's done - interior space is under 400 SF.

RV'rs make sure and look at new camping rates at Superlift eeeeerrrrrrr Hot Springs off road park. I got an email but deleted it.

Value sites - $65 (per night I guess)

Primo sites - $80

Tent - $15/night

Tent overflow - $10/night

Additional tents on tent or RV site - $10/night

KOA Cabins sound affordable now.

I believe the value and prime spots are per weekend now. Not sure how many days (nights) that covers. Somebody else needs to ask...

RV Camping Rate Changes, Effective Jan 01, 2016. We will no longer be charging a per-night fee for our campsites. After the new year the prices will be as follows:
Premium Sites-
30-32, 15-18
$80.00 Thurs- Mon

Value Sites-
16 - 28
$65.00 Thurs - Mon

FOUND IT.....flat rate.

You can stay on "value sites" for cheaper than a tent site for same days.

Non turbo unfortunately. It revs pretty damn quick. Can't wait to get the tires on it. The old ones spin pretty easy!

And yes Beno I ran it for twenty minutes at 2000 rpm.
