Almost straight... Close enough! That wasn't a stock rod though do it was t tough SOB to straighten. Bill has a good swing going on ;)

He is. But I didn't see him because when I went to find him for a quick welder borrowing, he had left for the races I think.

That part where JT left Cruiser at trailhead to fix later.....

In the old days Slim would have just installed a 14 bolt for him. $100.....

Good video on what's happening in Syria

Had a great time at Clayton. Always good to see all the cruiser peeps. Biggest f'n rocks I've seen people drive up and against. Another carnage report was Catfishes truck rolling on its side to take a nap. Thanks to JT and Jrob for letting me catch some rides. Was going to ride in Bodeans on Saturday at some point but when we started that one trail I never sat in a seat the whole time. It was a better view from the outside watching these rigs work. Jrobs drive shaft was crushed due to my brain fart while I was spotting him. His rear tires got wedged between to boulders. I thought he had more room on one side then he did. Sorry bud! Watching Dusty touch a bare wire to his gear shift to start his truck was some of the coolest s*** I have seen. Oh and J Baker, Bossman, JT pull a motor home sunk to the frame in the front OUT. I would love to have a Bodean buggy to ride that place but it's not for anybody that likes 40 fenders or quarter panels. Great place to go.

If you haven't seen this website, I liken it to Garden & Gun's basement bar, where the drinks are strong and the tales are tall (but not untrue). Good iPad reading material here.
The Bitter Southerner

Since most in the club are subscribed to this thread, I wanted to make a quick note for information: It seems as if our buddy Rob has had a pretty tough go of it this past week. Not only did he and Drew put in a monumental number of hours attempting to vacate their building in the 5 days they were allotted (and they did - the WHOLE thing!), but last night, during an attempt to retrieve the last air hose running across the top of one of the garage doors, Rob fell and broke in half his left femur (sort of hurts to even type that!)

Just wanted to let the CLC family know that he went through surgery this afternoon, and all appears to have gone well. He's at Baptist Hospital and should be there for another couple of days.
