Thx. Went back and forth on the tiles. Wound up going with Craftsman Poly Pro. Price was ok and I liked the diamond plate pattern on them. Plus they are plastic feeling instead of rubber. Will clean up easy. Install was cake. 30 mins.

Busted out the new furniture for the pool area. The salt water gave the metal stuff hell. It rusted out so we went with teak.

It was nice soaking in the sun some today.

Next is some plants around the patio. Stain the concrete and some new umbrellas
