FAQ Converting HF2AV Transfer Case into Part Time Transfer Case

Some of the t-cases came with a viscous coupler, and some did not? Which one is which?

HF2A transfer case and HF1A Part Time transfer case.

Thought l would add my recent centre diff conversion that lm doing. Had a mate Tig the gear to the centre and have some asin hubs from a FJ60 with the correct CVs for a part time 80 to go into my 80 chassis build.

Need to get the spacer made up, l assume it just locates in the gear when assembled? From memory the Marks hub has the spacer screwed on.

Going to follow the measurements in the PDF and make one from UHMW unless someone has done one from something better.

Are you needing a model of that spacer?
