Oh, and they said they do a similar technique of burning out the rubber and removing the core first. The tech used a torch to set all of the rubber parts on fire and then went to lunch so he could get to pressing out the collar after eating.

I called Napa and they won't touch them and suggested McBrides, so I went there!Curious why you selected McBrides and not some other shop like NAPA or Desert Rat?
