What route did you guys go when it comes to replacing/upgrading the mark levinsons?

My speakers seem to be blown and I'm not sure if replacing them with some 8ohms makes more sense than upgrading the whole system if at all possible.

I mainly will use it to listen to podcasts but Id appreciate a decent sounds system if the cost and labor isn't that much different.

I had to remove JahRide from the group since I never heard back from him (check your DMs dude! Happy to have you back), and we have two new additions who need to DM me some info. Assuming the fresh additions can get that info to me relatively soon, we are 1!!!! away from the price point we all want and I put the put the final request in and get those group codes doled out.
 
Also to note, for all you Non Gx-470 people out there, happy to have you in on the order but its up to you to figure out compatibility with your vehicle. Orders are restricted to the VL2 unit, and whichever vehicles that is compatible with.

What I'm sayings, I won't double check compatibility for you, please do that yourself. 🙏

bcomnes - Apologies for being MIA. It was a busy week and we took off for the weekend. Just getting back online and checking in. I am 50/50 at the moment on moving forward. When is the cutoff date for getting in on the group buy? Thanks!
 
Cutoff is when the order goes out. I’ll keep it open as long as possible but I’ll probably put in the order as soon as we have a solid 25 or more. We are 1-3 people away from that.

NEXT STEPS:

I'll be reaching out to GROM today about next steps. As mentioned in the OP, earliest ship date for the group is June 16th. I'll be establishing if we can keep the group order open during that time, or if we have to close to group to current members and submit the order now... or double check to see if they can ship sooner to that. Either way, getting you all units sooner than later is priority if course.
