your complete order has been shipped .......

i now include .304 stainless serrated flange nuts for All harness side junction boxes / studs , make darn sure you use Di-Electric grease fully synthetic

Matt, nothing has shipped since our last text Oct 26 about the parts keeping me off the road and enjoying the fall temps in my cruiser. Please cancel both order 6167 and 6163 placed Oct 13 and refund my funds as I sourced the parts I needed to get me on the road.
(texted you this same message to ensure you get it).

I wanted to followup from my post.

Matt and I communicated and we got to a resolution involving both shipping some of the ordered parts and refund on parts not needed anymore.

I received both parts and refund and wanted to reply to my post and how it got resolved and not leaving it with an impression that may not be true.

Nevermind. After waiting for two+ weeks, 3 unreturned emails, and no response to my message above, I've asked Chase/Visa to reverse the charges. No need to reply, since you didn't bother to reply to the other three emails I sent you either.
