Got a code 41 and truck going into limp mode,code is throttle position sensor anyone know its location on the 4.2 diesel engine and has anyone got any idea where to get one in the uk apart from dealers

So I'm getting an error code 41 from my O/D light, and I don't have torque converter lockup since my injection pump rebuild.

The Error Code 41 is: Throttle Position Sensor. I did the resistance test on it and it ohms out ok. The wiring harness seems ok, and I've already (foolishly) replaced the ECT and the O/D solenoid before I actually read the trouble code.

Questions:

• After the resistance test, does that mean it works 100%?
• Is it fixed or adjustable?
• Does it have any connection to the Injection Pump?

I've looked up in the Body and Chassis Manual, the 1HD-T manual...

Don't even have an idea where it is,never mind trying to get one,all the sensors I've seen on Ebay etc are a different part no. and I can't see anything that looks the sensors for sale online.Googled it and its supposed to somewhere round the air filter air intake pipe,then when I looked again I read diesel motors don't even have one!!!!Any ideas much appreciated
