Climate controls stopped working (1 Viewer)

2014 - all other functions still work on head unit except for climate controls, both on the touch screen and the hard buttons for temp, defrost, recirculate, etc. Tested fuses, all are ok. Is it a relay or is the head unit shot?

When you say all fuses.. every one in all three boxes? The things are everywhere..

When my head unit went, it had a short in the unit itself (twice).
You can try testing voltage at your connections, if all else fails you can replace the unit.

My issue was always all or nothing, the screen would periodically blank out no rhyme or reason.
