Classifieds: Rules... ie. Location in title?

Is there some way to put the forum rules at the top of the classifieds section(s) like it used to be? It seems here on the NEW mud that most folks are forgetting to include a location and the occurrence of listings without prices is going up too. (I know that is not a requirement)

Suggestion for an addition: If there was some way to add a field to the classifieds thread starter process, like the prefix (or maybe INSTEAD of the prefix), for LOCATION (List of state abbreviations plus "Free Ship" for when location doesn't matter) --- And if it were up to me (I know it is not): make it required...

State sounds great...what country? the options are ridiculous, especially when the site reaches 250+ countries a day.

Getting some of that stuff set is on the list...but it won't be anytime soon...far too many details to iron out on basic functionality.

I might go for more than 5 hours of sleep tonite...might...

How about states plus AUS, JPN, CAN and then "Non-US" (that really is a VERY small number of the posted classifieds)

Or could you have a required field that is free entry that shows in the title LIKE the prefix?

HELP section has had them listed for YEARS. They are not yet developed for individual sections.
