Anyone seen this truck? Price seems fairly ambitious but don't know how truly 'original'?

I've seen this ad on and off for quite a spell longer than 6 months...

Curious as to how one can be 'price firm' and 'OBO' at the same time?

20-22K probably sells all day. 35K is frame off only.
