You can buy the overlays to delete the chrome on ebay. Was going to do that later on but keep procrastinating. Will post when I do though.

To remove the fog light surrounds you need to take off the bumper. They are held on with one screw each, and some blue clips, if I recall correctly.
Thank you! Glad I asked before I started just pulling. 😅

I would like to see a chrome delete pattern to mimic this...

That thing is sick!!!
Maybe someone with photoshop this one into that? I am very curious!
Basically leaving in chrome the center piece of the grill and making the chin white

This one shows the design language is the top part black, center chrome and chin color keyed...

Didnt know this thread existed.

Would yall do this?
The chrome has somehow grown on me. Used to hate it, but it really works to highlight the nice stocky sharp body lines at least in my color.
Its not cheap either, doing this right would be a couple of grand i could use for other stuff. It does make it more aggressive though.
Sorry for the quick n dirty PS, i also forgot to do the roof rack rails...

It's all preference. I personally like chrome delete on dark vehicles like your example (or even better vehicles which are black). I prefer the chrome on lighter vehicles like white or gold as I feel like the chrome delete actually stands out more on a light vehicle.

Just my opinion tho, you should do whatever floats your boat. I wouldn't LineX my whole truck but taco2cruiser did and it works great for him, for instance.

Completely agree. Contrast is a big no for me dawg. As little contrast as possible.
Ive thought about this in both gloss and satin black, but also body matched grey.

In the interior design space, black on white hardly ever works and is often considered lazy.
Also the fashion world has made a big big swing to monochrome in the last several years as well.
You see it everywhere now.

I was going to raptor liner my 100 flat grey before i decided to sell it...
Its really icon 4x4 green/grey liner that hooked me into this scene years back.

Looks like monster snorkel. Do you have some add. info about it? Compered to Safari etc? Is it real deal or just good looking snorkel? Sorry for off topic here

While i would still get one because its cool AF, i don't think any snorkel I've seen is providing enough air for the 5.7 at WOT.
If i ever Supercharged, it would have to go as well. I also wouldn't put my LX in that deep of water where my interior or submerged electronics would be trashed.
That being said I also think they are far better for dust than water and is a solid use case for them.

That being said, that monster snorkel is by far the best looking design IMO. By a long shot.
It also looks the most flush and aerodynamic thus less noisy.
