Ran into a Jeep dude and ended up running Mount Baldy... Icy is an understatement! We had fun, though. Made it out just as the weather came in.

Nice little Subcompact lodged off Old Stage. Bet there's a great story behind that one.

How about Baldy and Bull Park tomorrow morning? Maybe a few others if it's not too icy, although it was pretty slick yesterday.
 
Sounds cool - not familiar with that area myself. Do have an early commitment with the kids, but could be downtown by about 9 or 10.

I probably won't be there. I hope you guys have a great time. Relatives are here, plus we are rewiring a 76 K5 in my garage right now. It's inspiring me to upgrade some of the wiring in my 40 to rid it of some voltage drops. Please post some pics after your trip.

I'm going to have to pass :(
Figured out last weekend that my alternator is responsible for the parasitic draw that's been killing my battery - probably a rectifier diode going bad. Was going to wait for a warmer weekend to go after it, but on the way home today the dual battery controller started indicating fluctuating output from the alt. So I don't trust it, particularly on a trip that might possibly involve the winch.

Going to pick up another unit now.

Holy cow, dude. What a day... Left the house at 8:30am and got home at 7:30pm. It was awesome.

I'll post more pix and video later.

Awesome trip. First time out west and hands down best wheeling trip I've been on as a passenger. Actually it's the first wheeling trip as. Passenger, but I don't see much topping this!

Great pics! Is the Cherokee an RC car? That's exactly the roof rack I had in mind for my Cherokee, except I couldn't figure out how to integrate the LED bar mount, I'm stealing that, because its perfect :)
