it will have the 2.5" hitch steel from frame to frame with some of the 2" round inside it.

Here is the pics, simma down now.

Here are some pics. We basically cut the bumper in 2. We added 2 1/4" hitch material over the top of the existing rear tube. Then added the reciever, plated and added a chain hooky thingy. weld it all back together and SHABAM, a hitch that could pull 3 80s out of a ditch at the same time:).

That looks awesome, any plans to tie the quarter protection into the frame?

I cant wait to see the cut quarters version.

Yes, it was in the agenda but Mr. Barley and his bro Mr. Hops showed up at dark and sidetracked us.

I went outside and took another, I didnt have one from the top. Also on my way in I noticed my oldest boys (10yrs) pumpkin.

Very nice! (borat voice of course) I want one, I guess its going on the christmas list. Any thought on price yet? Is there any chance that I could put a tire carrier on it? Looks like it might be possible with a little work.

NOW THAT IS SOME BEEF!!! I likey that! Using that 2x6 is a fantastic idea! Is that what mine is kinda going to look like... except the quarter protection would be different?

that's not a 2x6
it's standard hitch material 2.5x2.5x1/4 thick
we put a "closing" plate on top. 1/4"x5"

:grinpimp:
