The "all-in" approach to the harness, just for testing, is the stuff of inspiration.

Yea, I'll run it for a bit and see what happens.

Once the truck is at operating temp it's sitting at 13.8 at idle and like 14.2-14.3 at 2500 rpm. Again, that's about 0.5V better than I had before.

Well, about a month of testing now and no ill effects whatsoever. I've got a couple of the local guys trying my little harness out as well to monitor things. I've ordered enough to build a few more, as I've had some passing interest.
