Apparently there was a fire last night at the Cerro Gordo Ghost Town. The American Hotel built in 1871 has burned to the ground, seems to be a total loss. Sad day. Pics below from the

Yep. Not sure of the exact details...but I think it was last year, 2 guys, several million dollars. Absolute shame to loose the building, but at least it was the only one...reported at least.
