so I bought a 03 gx. put about 500 miles on it. Tonight I get a CEL and both VSC lights and a rough idle. Any thoughts?

Ignition coil 7 circuit malfunction.

You need to get that thing into the dealer...bad ignition coil on one of the cylinders.

I would swap coils between cylinder 7 and 8 and see if the code moves. If it does, replace the coil.
