Hey gang,

Long time, no post. CDL has not been working. I've been around awhile so did my due diligence and tested everything step-by-step. Long-story short, the actual connector has become brittle and one wire was completely snapped off. Pictures tell the tale. Shorted them together and CDL and ABS light kicked on. Locker motor is working just not dash lights.

Question: Is it possible to get a new connector with pigtails to splice in or am I going to have to engineer my own solution? The part # it connects to is 84222-12010, the Transfer Indicator.

Thanks!

What is the 5 digit number molded in the connector where the wires enter from behind?

Hey, Dan. Let me check when I get home and I'll respond back. Thanks.

You have 26 minutes before I turn into a pumpkin. :)

:) Here we go, Dan. Only numbers I'm finding. 11250

From my research, it looks like (1) 90980-11250 and (2) 82998-12440 should get me fixed up?

My wire harness repair book is at work and I am not. I would go with the 90980-11250 for sure but I cannot currently confirm the repair splices.

Got it wired back up. Feels good to have my lockers at my finger tips again.

I'm bringing this from the dead and got a question. Does anyone know if Toyota sells the entire Tcase wiring harness? I replaced the main ECU harness and would like to do the same to this one. As above, my CDL connector wire is broken, along with the speedo wire and probably other wires since i had to "handle" this harness during the main ECU harness swap.

Thanks.

thx, that's what I was afraid of.

Might have the p/n please, and I'll keep looking.
