The 2005 wiring harness i have looks different from the 2002 you posted. I'll do what you recommend and report back in the am.

Thinking back, "I think " (could be wrong, I recall them changing something)Toyota, who monitor forums, changed the later models to what we did as the "Pin 7 Mod" so the low range didn't automatically lock the center diff.

Pictures are not coming out that great. But here goes.

First glance says it's the same, doesn't have the pin 7 low range input, which may or may not be controlled by the ECU

I am at a loss. All Fuses are good, I have ground to pin 2, the only pin getting power is pin 3.

Good outcome, just go back to post #11 and make an EDIT, and mention that you have changed your post from Pin 2 to Pin 3, so others reading this thread don't get confused ,as many of my answers are relating to what you originally said about you having power on pin 2.

I checked the 20 Amp DIFF fuse which according a picture I found is located on the left hand side, middle row of fuses 3rd from the left and replaced it with a new one. No change.
The 15 Amp GAUGE must be working as it also powers all gauges which are all working.
As mentioned to 100 TD over telephone, I will disconnect the wiring on top of the actuator and check if there is any voltage between line 1 and 4 when pushing the switch in the cabin. If not I have to find the relay and check all input signals.
