I'm sure someone more GPS savvy than I can give a better description, but hiking this as a loop (give or take) is about 11 miles. The overland portion, I'd rate between a 3 and an 8 in places. You'll be climbing up and down really big boulders, through bushes and there is virtually no discernable trail in places. That said, My buddy's 60 something year old dad did it a week before bunion surgery in tennis shoes. The tracks are straightforward, about 8 miles of level ground.
