So I don't know if anyone else has thought about putting some sort of canvas top on their Pig. I've been thinking of a way to leave the area behind the rear seat semi open but then again closed to the weather when not wheeling. This is a bad paint shop idea. Was wondering what others had seen or done.

Hey Nuclearlemon, any luck with those pics? I'm thinking more and more about flat backing the back of the cruiser and molding my own rain gutters in the rear so that I can keep the water out. should be interesting.

i've dug through my photo albums and can't find em...i know i had two pics and it was a dark green pig up near san francisco. i'll keep looking...now it's a quest. ;)

I remember that pig too. It has to be buried somewhere here in Mud...

i would look at the can-back as an option for a top once i chop the top off my truck, if i get to it. My cousin has it on his 4runner and it doesnt seem hard to modify to fit on a pig. they make them for blazers, trucks, etc.

I'm probably going to go with a slant back and make the canvas top myself. I found a shop here that will sell me the canvas and I found another shop that will do the sewing after I get everything cut and set.

I was going to try and save my rear roof but it's pretty bad almost rotten through in the one corner. I can't wait to buy my welder I'm excited to get that started around Christmas. First things first I have to get my cruiser running. lol

That's nice but a little more dramatic than I was going for. I want to maintain the quad cab. At some point maybe go as far as Zulu has but not yet.
