Can we confirm is this is Pesky Heater Hose Leak?

Please have a look at the pics to confirm if this is PHH leak. And how long I can drive without fixing this.

Likely, but not clear.
I'd give that engine a good cleaning as it looks like there are several things leaking in that area.
Start fresh , clean and dry and things are easier to trace.

looks more like valve cover oil leak
also, that PHH has been replaced by the looks of it and if were mine would be fixing the oil leak 1st then replacing the PHH as the oil will weaken the PHH and use better clamps.

Agree with both of the above...get some engine degreaser in there to start with a clean slate.

The rusty brown area is an indication of a high pressure leak when it's hot.
Yes, that would be the PHH. Looks to be caused by a shyt hose clamp. Change the clamp and I'll bet your problem will go away.

If you're inclined to change the clamp to a better quality one - wouldn't you also just replace the hose?
